Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you. The delivery timeframe will be between 10 to 25 business days.

If there are any customs delays, the time until the release from customs does not count as part of the delivery timeframe.

We take care to choose suppliers who not only offer competitive prices and quality products but also expedite the shipping process.

After the estimated delivery timeframe has passed, we recommend that you contact the local postal service (Correios) to inquire about the reason for the delay.

If the postal service does not have possession of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate with our suppliers.

In case we confirm that there is an issue with the logistics of your order, we will provide you with a FULL refund immediately after completing these verification steps.

The tracking code for your purchase will be sent via email within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.

If you made your purchase using the Bank Transfer payment option, please note that the time between payment and bank clearance may take up to 5 business days.
